6-12 Week Training Plan

You may well be wanting to get fit and/or lose weight in 2014.

So why not consider personal training?

Block booking a number of sessions can be a great way of helping to achieve your goal(s) whatever they may be!

Here are the prices you may be looking for:

  • Individual personal training sessions = £30 per hour
  • 6 sessions = £165 (£27.50 per hour)
  • 12 sessions = £300 (£25 per hour)

Both the 6 and 12 session plans can be payable up front OR in two payments of 50%
