What a great word! It can be such a broad, diverse word, and can mean so many different things to so many different people.
So what does motivation mean to you??
I’m learning recently that the word motivation also has a close to link with the word progress
I believe that when it comes to keeping fit, progress fuels people’s motivation
I also believe that everybody who want to keep fit or trys to keep fit also has potential. and from that inital potential comes hard work which leads to progress.

This statement sums up the journey that is keeping fit, in my opinion
what you’ve been/done in the past is not what you could be in the future
But at the same time, it’s only you that can choose to become a healthier fitter person and choose to start/progress on your fitness journey
If you choose the path to being a fitter/healthier person then the boundaries are only what you make them.
