The ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) guidelines say that to increase your fitness level you need to work out 30-60mins, 3-5 times a week
So with that in mind, i am relaunching my fitness classes with this price structure
Tuesdays = £5 pp
Thursdays = £5.50 pp
If you come to both classes every week for a month, if you pay the full £40 up front OR in two installments of £20 you’ll recieve 2 FREE CLASSES
You can also attend my bootcamp class as your 3rd session, every other Sunday when bootcamp class is on.
