This past weekend i’ve been on the first two days of a 4 day CYQ Level 2 Exercise To Music course.
It learns you about the use of music and, In particular, the rhythm of music in relation to using music in/during a fitness class. I really feel like this will enhance the quality of my clients fitness levels. I’ve found that it’s very much out of my comfort zone, yet, despite that im really enjoying the course.
More than I thought I would! I’m really embracing the opportunity/occasion. I’ve felt like I’ve made such big progressin those 2 days and, with each day/achievement that I make during the course (no matter what or how small) it only makes me grow in confidence more and more! I have to return to finish the course this coming weekend, and, once that is over i have to go back for one day in june, for my practical assesment.
Once i’ve completed the course I’m looking forward to bringing some more Fitness Classes to Banbury
I’m not sure yet where, or what type as this course opens up so many different opportunities.
